1.Responsible for all sales support related jobs(documents, CRM system, invoice etc…).

2.Responsible for customer planning, ordering and delivery related topics.
負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)訂單、計(jì)劃、發(fā)貨以及交付相關(guān)的工作。
3.Responsible for the entire complaint handling process (end to end)，drive problem solving and ensure customers receive reasonable feedback and results timely.
負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)投訴相關(guān)包括端到端，外部和內(nèi)部全流程處理，推動(dòng)問(wèn)題的解決，確保客戶(hù)及時(shí)得到合理反饋和結(jié)果。
4.Collect information regarding customer consulatiion, complaints, and feedback, prepare data and report, and feedback to relevant departments to help optimizing products and services, to improve customer satisfaction.
整理客戶(hù)咨詢(xún)、投訴及反饋的內(nèi)容，形成數(shù)據(jù)及報(bào)告，反饋給相關(guān)部門(mén)，助力產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化和服務(wù)改進(jìn)，提升客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度。
5.Support customer satisfaction survey, product promotion activities, e.g. industrial exehibitions.
協(xié)助完成客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度調(diào)查，產(chǎn)品推廣等活動(dòng)，如：行業(yè)展會(huì)。
