Reporting to the Finance Manager, the AR Accountant(應收會計) role involves…

What a typical day looks like:
1.Reconcile shipment and issue VAT invoice, ensure timely issue VAT invoice to avoid collection delay;
核對出貨情況,開具增值稅發(fā)票，確保開具增值稅發(fā)票的及時性以避免托收延誤;
2.Follow company policy to perform AR related entry;
根據(jù)公司政策處理應收帳目
3.Regulaly reconcile customers to confirm the accuracy and timeline of collection.
定期與客戶進行賬款對賬，確保應收賬款的準確性和及時性，處理客戶的賬款異議
4.Track customer payment status, promptly follow up on overdue accounts.
跟蹤客戶的付款情況，及時催收逾期賬款，
5.Prepare weekly and monthly AR analysis report;
準備應收賬款周報表和月報表
6.Perform month-end closing;
負責月結
7.Other assigned task.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
1.Bachelor graduate or diploma holder in Accounting / Finance / Business;
本科或以上畢業(yè)，會計或財務相關背景
2.Accounts Receivable experience is preferred;
有應收經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
3.Knowledge in PRC Accounts;Proficiency of PC applications, strong PPT
