作為業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)發(fā)與產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用工程師,你需要負(fù)責(zé)公司戰(zhàn)略行業(yè)市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用需求發(fā)掘與新產(chǎn)品方案的開(kāi)發(fā),包括:市場(chǎng)潛力研究、新產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用挖掘和發(fā)現(xiàn)、客戶(hù)技術(shù)溝通等工作。
As a business development and product application engineer, you are responsible for identifying strategic industry market demands and developing new product solutions, including market potential research, application discovery, and customer technical communication.
產(chǎn)品管理:負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品的項(xiàng)目管理,技術(shù)支持,銷(xiāo)售工具與產(chǎn)品體系建立。
Product Management: Oversee project management, provide technical support, and establish sales tools and product systems.
關(guān)鍵目標(biāo):結(jié)合公司戰(zhàn)略行業(yè)應(yīng)用維護(hù)與開(kāi)發(fā)公司產(chǎn)品方案,并對(duì)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品線進(jìn)行完整的生命周期管理。
Key Goals: Maintain and develop product solutions aligned with the company’s strategic industry applications while managing the full lifecycle of relevant product lines.
2.Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
80接受出差,能通過(guò)與客戶(hù)技術(shù)交流、回訪客戶(hù)等途徑,了解客戶(hù)需求、挖掘客戶(hù)痛點(diǎn),給出解決方案,有較好的書(shū)面表達(dá)能力;
Accept business trips, able to communicate technically with clients, follow up with clients to understand their needs, identify their pain points, provide solutions, and possess good written communication skills;

Market Demand Analysis: Understanding the latest industry trends, being able to conduct product research and development, improvements, and optimizations based on demand analysis, designing better and more efficient products to ensure they meet customer needs;

Application and Promotion: Able to investigate the devices of domestic and foreign peers, analyze strengths and weaknesses from multiple dimensions, and provide a basis for the application development and promotion of the company's products;

After-sales tracking: Responsible for after-sales tracking services for products, needs to clarify the issues and difficulties encountered by customers during use, promptly report problems and provide solutions.

Production of application documentation and training materials: Responsible for the production, organization, and updating of application documentation, training materials, etc., for the product. Provide users with detailed information on products, processes, equipment, and processing solutions while improving customers' technical skills and usage effectiveness through training and guidance;
