General Purpose of the Position：
1.Focus on digitalization development of application of plant, including MOM system development.
2.Focus on Manufacturing and quality process, this position will take an active role as a liaison between unit department and application systems department in defining business systems requirements, procedures and practices to implement changes to increase the efficiency of the assigned business unit.
3.Act as IT expert and project leader role on defined operation areas; provide total project solutions and ongoing system and procedural support for respective customer groups.

Major Responsibilities：
1.Using big data analysis tool to analyse manufacturing data relationship. Help business resolve quality issues and optimize technological parameter
2.Support plant digital transformation planning and implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful digital transformation initiatives.
3.Provides day-to-day management (process, contracting, KPI) of manufacturing support functions, mainly related to the stability, functionality data issue, hardware and networking problems for all IT systems related with production.
4.Perform other related duties assigned by management.
5.Develop and maintain MOM platform (MES/WMS/QMS/APS modules) using Java stack (and .Net if possible) for end-to-end digitalization of auto parts manufacturing.
6.Architect data pipelines between MOM, enterprise systems (SAP ERP/Teamcenter PLM) and shop-floor devices (PLC/SCADA), enabling IIoT infrastructure.
7.Drive operational excellence through manufacturing analytics (OEE/FTQ/Capacity Utilization).
8.Manage full project lifecycle and define MOM platform technical roadmap.

Qualifications：
1.Familiar with Java C/S, B/S architecture development
2.Familiar in MES, WMS, ERP development
3.Standard Program management knowledge
4.5 years in MOM/MES development with expertise in Java (Spring Cloud, Kafka, InfluxDB)
5.knowledge of auto parts discrete manufacturing
6.Bill of Process (BOP), Takt Time alignment, Material Availability
7.Quality Gate control, Layered Process Audit, 8D report workflow
8.Require good oral and written communication skills.
9.Require good interpersonal skills.
10.Prefer experience with Rockwell Programmable Automation Controllers
11.Prefer experience with C, C#, HTML programming language
12.Prefer experience with Industrial protocols: OPC UA/Profinet/MQT
13.Data architecture: Time-series DB/Manufacturing Data Lake
14.Integration: RESTful API/ESB middleware
