崗位職責：
1.Provide precise assistance to the PBD Head in serving the TOP5 developers. 為部門負責人提供精準支持，共同服務TOP5開發(fā)商。
2.Quickly establish connections with the design, marketing, procurement and other relevant departments of the TOP5 Developers. 能夠快速、精準的與TOP5開發(fā)商的設計、市場、采購及其他相關部門建立聯系。
3.Manager product assortments with PBT and formulate products catalogue for KA. 與PBT共同管理產品組合，并為關鍵客戶制定產品策略。
4.Guide national-level strategic interactions, roadshows, and marketing activities.主導戰(zhàn)略對接、路演及市場營銷活動。
5.Assist the PBD Head in handling emergency situations with the TOP5 Developers. 協助部門負責人處理TOP5開發(fā)商的緊急情況。


任職資格：
1.Bachelor’s Degree. 本科及以上學歷。
2.Work experience in the real estate industry. 具備房地產行業(yè)工作經驗。
3.Strong business mindset. 具備商業(yè)意識。
4.Communication skills and management skills.良好的溝通與管理能力。
