We are looking for an experienced individual who is passionate about their work, a business partner and strategic thinker with a strong background in IP law, commercial transactions and an interest in broadening their responsibilities to other legal areas and APAC jurisdictions. Solstice operates and sells in all APAC countries and this AGC position will support all APAC business groups with primary focus on China (including ***), Korea, Japan. Key Responsibilities
61 Provide legal counsel on IP, commercial transactions and general legal subjects including patents, trade secrets, contract issues
61 Draft and negotiate agreements for licensing, joint development, sales, supply, services. Candidate should have a strong understanding of IP terms across a range of deal structures including joint ventures, commercial sales, acquisitions, strategic alliances, supplier services and direct materials
61 Support the new product introduction process including freedom to practice assessments
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential IP
