我們正在尋找一位經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的超聲聲學(xué)工程師（也可以叫超聲系統(tǒng)工程師），在打造下一代全球救命超聲平臺(tái)中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。該職位銜接硬件、信號(hào)處理與成像算法，確保臨床和臨床前環(huán)境下的***圖像質(zhì)量與性能。理想候選人需在超聲物理、換能器-系統(tǒng)交互、聲學(xué)信號(hào)處理及圖像形成方面具備深厚專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，并擁有與軟件、硬件及臨床成像團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作的強(qiáng)大跨職能協(xié)作能力。

崗位職責(zé)：
- 主導(dǎo)聲學(xué)前端組件（換能器陣列、波束形成器、模擬前端）與數(shù)字圖像重建流水線的集成工作。
- 推動(dòng)原型系統(tǒng)集成，包括聲學(xué)校準(zhǔn)、時(shí)序同步及實(shí)時(shí)成像性能的驗(yàn)證。
- 跨不同成像模式（B模式、多普勒、諧波、超聲造影、彈性成像等）進(jìn)行圖像質(zhì)量評(píng)估。
- 定義并驗(yàn)證聲學(xué)和成像子系統(tǒng)的性能指標(biāo)（如信噪比、橫向/軸向分辨率、動(dòng)態(tài)范圍）。
- 在開(kāi)發(fā)和測(cè)試過(guò)程中排查并解決聲學(xué)或成像偽影問(wèn)題。
- 具備造影成像及其他先進(jìn)成像模式（如剪切波成像）相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

任職要求：
- 博士學(xué)歷：需具備4年以上超聲研究和/或產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，專(zhuān)注于超聲系統(tǒng)集成、超聲成像、信號(hào)與圖像處理領(lǐng)域；碩士學(xué)歷：需具備6年以上相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- 具備在臨床環(huán)境中與臨床專(zhuān)業(yè)人員（超聲醫(yī)師）合作開(kāi)展臨床科學(xué)/研究及轉(zhuǎn)化研究的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- 電子工程、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、物理學(xué)或計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)博士/碩士學(xué)位。
- 具備強(qiáng)大的技術(shù)能力（掌握Python、MATLAB、C ）。

Ultrasound Acoustics Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Acoustics Engineer to play a key role in creating our next generation of ultrasound platforms that are saving lives around the world. This role bridges the gap between hardware, signal processing, and imaging algorithms, ensuring optimal image quality and performance in clinical and preclinical environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ultrasound physics, transducer–system interaction, acoustic signal processing, and image formation, as well as strong cross-functional collaboration skills with software, hardware, and clinical imaging teams.


Your role:
-Lead the integration of acoustic front-end components (transducer arrays, beamformers, analog front-end) with digital image reconstruction pipelines.

-Drive prototype system integration, including verification of acoustic calibration, timing synchronization, and real-time imaging performance.

-Conduct image quality evaluations across different imaging modes (B-mode, Doppler, harmonic, CEUS, elastography, etc.).

-Define and validate performance metrics for acoustic and imaging subsystems (e.g., SNR, lateral/axial resolution, dynamic range).

-Troubleshoot and resolve acoustic or imaging artifacts during development and testing.

-Experience with contrast imaging and other advanced imaging modes (e.g., shearwave imaging)


You're the right fit if:

-You’ve acquired 4 years’ experience in ultrasound research and/or product development focused on ultrasound system integration, and ultrasound imaging, signal and image processing, if you are holding a Ph.D Degree. 6 years’ experience would required if you are holding a Master Degree.

-Experience working in a clinical environment with clinical professionals (sonographers) focused on clinical science/research and translational research.

-PhD/Master in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
