What You Will Do:
1. Closely work with global peers and product researchers, be responsible for leading new analytical method/process developing and standard test method validation/verification to meet business strategic needs.
2. Partner with business/division innovation/SC team, provide routing and customized testing and ensure analytical result accuracy which drive GC business growth.
3. Act as a key technical contributor in consulting sales reps and product researchers in analytical technology.
4. Following lab quality process and helping lab quality continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Master's degree 5 or PhD 1 year working experience, major in Analytical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or related.
2. Proven capability in developing analytical method and familiarity with at least two analytical techniques of LC, LCMS, GC, GCMS, FITR, IC, ICP, UV.
3. Capability of interpreting analytical report based on results from various analytical techniques.
4. Familiar with analytical quality system ISO17025 is Plus.
5. Demonstrates strong ownership, self-motivation, teamwork, learning agility and problem-solving skill under high pressure.
6. Fluent English both in oral and written.
