Our Process Development organization develops robust, scalable, and cost-effective processes for small-molecule manufacturing, with emphasis on solid form, particle engineering, and downstream manufacturability. The role will bridge crystallization science and process engineering using first-principles and data-driven modeling, population balance modeling (PBM), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and rigorous process analytical technology (PAT). The role centers on nucleation and growth kinetics, phase equilibria, agglomeration/attrition, and mixing/heat–mass transfer effects to design crystallization processes that consistently deliver target quality, yield, PSD, shape, and polymorph control. The candidate will support process development and technology transfer.
