Job summary:
The position Sr. Recruiter will be based in Shenzhen office. This role will be part of our dynamic China talent acquisition team and will be responsible for the recruitment activities for the assigned Segments and the talent acquisition projects as required.
What a typical day looks like:
61Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle process including requisition management, sourcing, screening and interviewing
61Establish and maintain strong business partnerships with hiring managers to meet current and future hiring needs
61Use multiple sourcing channels to source active and passive candidates.
61Proactively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
61Handle assigned or ad-hoc TA projects as required.
61Update the recruitment weekly and period report.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61Bachelor degree or above in HR Management, Business administration, English or related majors
61At least 5 years’ experience as recruiter in product design and manufacturing industry; Headhunter experience will be added advantage
61Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates through direct sourcing, social media, networking, referrals and other channels
61Experienced in staffing system like Workday, Taleo and BrassRing will be an added advantage
61Strong and proactive communication skills to interact with business stakeholders
61Excellent oral and written English
61Self-starter and team work spirit.
