Responsibilities 工作職責(zé):
- Demo coordination and delivery arrangement: make optimal use of demo resources to meet the demand of the customers;
演示儀表的協(xié)調(diào)和運輸安排：有效利用儀表資源滿足客戶需求；
- Update the demo system in time to ensure demo management smoothly;
及時更新儀表管理系統(tǒng)，確保儀表管理各環(huán)節(jié)按流程順暢進(jìn)行；
- Responsible for new demo order and monthly billing payment;
負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)新儀表購買事宜及核對月度賬單；
- Temporary backup for other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 職位要求:
- College degree or above in English, foreign trade or related majors;
英語、外貿(mào)或其它相關(guān)專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷
- Min. of 2 years work experience in commercial or foreign trade or related field;
兩年以上商務(wù)、外貿(mào)或其它相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗
- Multinational company working experience is preferred; 具備跨國公司工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
- Good communication skill and capable in coordination; 良好的溝通技巧和協(xié)調(diào)能力
- Good sense of responsibility and teamwork; 具責(zé)任感和團(tuán)隊合作精神
- Good knowledge of MS office. 熟練使用辦公軟件
