Position: Major Tasks 1. Self-Operated Business Operation Plan Development: Collaborate with the e-commerce business team to develop annual/quarterly/monthly operational plans based on overall sales targets and key operational metrics (such as GMV, visitor numbers, conversion rates, average order value). Detail the execution paths for segmented modules including product operations, content operations, channel event operations, and exclusive activities for JD flagship store members. 2. Full-Cycle Operations Management: Focus on the precise presentation and continuous optimization of brand information on product detail pages and store homepages. During promotional periods, lead the self-operated marketing activities and manage the entire process for core promotions such as 618 and Double 11, from plan design and resource integration to execution. Monitor the effectiveness of activities in real-time to ensure high-quality delivery. 3. Data Insights and Operational Effectiveness Evaluation: Monitor e- commerce channel operational data in a timely manner, tracking core data such as traffic sources, conversion paths, and user profiles in real- time. Use tools like Excel to deeply analyze the efficiency of various operational actions, identifying root causes of traffic loss and low conversion rates, and optimizing operational strategies (such as adjusting content direction and enhancing event engagement) to continuously improve traffic utilization and user conversion effectiveness. 4. TP Management: Responsible for coordinating and managing the TP cooperation team, clarifying the basic operational standards and work requirements for the store. Regularly review and evaluate the outcomes of TP work and propose optimization requirements. Position: Skills,... 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, or related fields. 2. Over 3 years of experience in self-operated business operations for prescription drugs in e-commerce, proficient in platform operation rules, and skilled in the full-link operation of products, content, and events. 3. Proficient in using Excel and other e-commerce data analysis tools, with a keen ability to derive insights from data, capable of diagnosing operational issues and producing optimization plans. 4. Strong results orientation, good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills and resource integration abilities, Capable of effectively advancing project progress in a fast-paced environment.
