Key Responsibilities: ? Responsible for product design and design innovation (style design, industrial design and UX design) , for Industrial Products (Gas Detectors, Transmitters, Instrumentations and Meters, Controllers) ? Work with global team and other functions for design review and improvement Qualification and competency: ? Education – B.S. or M.S. Industrial/ Product design or a closely related discipline ? A good design portfolio demonstrated the skills and experience ? Good style and Industrial design with great aesthetic sense ? Practical Design with high feasibility, manufacturability, regulatory, cost and other constraints ? Strong Prototyping and mockup skills is a strong plus, e.g., clay, foam, sewing, and DIY skills ? Demonstrate strong Team working spirit and effective communication, demonstrated capability in working with marketing people ? Passion in innovation and exploring new ideas, challenge the status quo
