As a Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights that support our business objectives. You will report directly to HTCS Finance Director, and you’ll work out of our Shanghai location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial health of Honeywell by delivering accurate financial analysis and insights, optimizing resources, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ? Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. ? Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior leadership. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives. ? Support process improvements including standardization and automation through SAP and other systems. YOU MUST HAVE ? A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles in multi-national corporation. ? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. ? Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. ? Experience with financial reporting tools and software. WE VALUE ?
