IWPB Chief Operating Office (IWPB COO)
Within International Wealth and Premier Banking, we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra-high net worth individuals and their families. We help our customers look after their day-to-day finances and manage, protect and grow their wealth. The International Wealth and Premier Banking Chief Operating Office supports the business to deliver exceptional customer journeys and increase efficiency across our global network. We support the business through effective governance, financial and risk management, transformation, and operational management, ensuring that all International Wealth and Premier Banking business units and markets have the right capabilities and procedures to compete effectively and grow safely. We work in an agile manner and at pace, partnering with teams in Technology and Digital Business Services to bring innovative, digital-*** solutions to our customers.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1.
- To monitor daily embossing file operations and processing to ensure high efficiency and accuracy
- Handle the enquiry from Branch/CCSS/GSC and take necessary follow-up actions
- Process the exceptional request from Branch/CCSS and make correct instruction to GSC to support the front-end counter to complete the customers’ special or temporary requirements
- By supporting and implementing standardization, centralization projects
- Carry out operational maintenance activities related to the vendor systems
- Monitor and manage vendor performance and payment.
- Support business team on stock monitor and payment reconciliation
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1.
- Solid knowledge of cards products and services and procedures
- Strong ability in problem solving, task prioritization and detail-oriented
- Solid knowledge of HSBC systems, such as HUB, ATMP and etc will be an advance.
- Experienced in process review and project management
- Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness
- Proactive, independent and be able to work under pressure
- Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
