Reporting to:
Product Market Manager
Your role and responsibilities
● Offers service technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications, mainly for upgrade and retrofit solutions.
● Take part in technical promotion meetings, prepare and deliver service technical presentations and demonstrations for customers based on customer requirements.
● Supports the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
● Cooperate with AE and PE others functions for optimized solutions and service delivery with high quality.
● Take part in on site instructions after sales if necessary;
● Shares best practices and successful cases.
● Team work and sharing for for successful cases and lessons learned.
● Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates to the Sales organization.
● Provides technical support to the Sales team during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with customers and offers product/ solution/service-related training.
● Prepares/supports the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, business unit, and Sales organization directives.
● Ensures technical and financial aspects of offers, including price and trading conditions, are appropriate.
● Provides information for the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and participates in the risk review assessment as required.
● Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers by leveraging general market information and insights provided by the Sales organization.
● Analyzes lost proposals, identifies the potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with the Sales/ business unit to achieve improved results.

● 跨部門合作(如AE PE PM等),確保服務產品的高質量交付;
● 如有必要需參加項目執(zhí)行中的現場指導;
● 制作和分享成功案例;
● 團隊合作,內部分享,包括經驗教訓;
Qualifications for the role
● Bachelor's degree or above
● More than 3 years of pre-sales technical support or on-site technical service experience in industrial control products, familiar with communication between drives and overriding systems, better with PLC coding experience
