General Function職能作用
· Responsible for AAG product (both Propulsion System and Metal Forming) sales and business development. The role requires full support of sales activities, marketing analysis, new customer development, commercial negotiations and customer relationships full lifecycle ownership.

· This role would report directly to the Senior Business Development Manager – China, while having a dotted line directly to the Commercial Management (Sales) function of the organization in a matrixed structure.

Duties and Responsibilities 義務(wù)和職責(zé)
Position Duties崗位職責(zé):
· Deeply study and analysis market data, define the application and use cases in NEVs. Define the addressable market size based on selected customers, platforms and volumes. Define the business strategies to pursuit targeting customers.
深入研究并分析市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù),明確新能源汽車(chē)(NEV)的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景和使用案例;基于選定的客戶、平臺(tái)和規(guī)模,界定可觸達(dá)的市場(chǎng)規(guī)模;并制定針對(duì)目標(biāo)客戶的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略。
· Follow-up with customers on a regular basis through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, presence at customer site on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis (customer specific). Build strong relationships with customer decision makers through face-to-face meetings, network or daily communication.
· 通過(guò)面對(duì)面會(huì)議、電話、每周、每?jī)芍芑蛎吭拢ǜ鶕?jù)客戶具體情況)親臨客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)等方式,定期跟進(jìn)客戶。通過(guò)面對(duì)面會(huì)議,人際社交,日常溝通等方式建立并維護(hù)與客戶決策者的穩(wěn)固關(guān)系
· Managing customer expectations and objectives to the team with a clear timeline for customer feedback deliverable and setting and prioritizing projects accordingly. Coordinate internal team resources, establish next-step plans for each project, and conduct weekly follow-ups.
向團(tuán)隊(duì)清晰傳達(dá)客戶期望和目標(biāo),明確客戶反饋交付時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn),并據(jù)此制定、安排和優(yōu)先級(jí)排序各項(xiàng)目;協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)資源,為每個(gè)項(xiàng)目制定下一步行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,并進(jìn)行每周跟進(jìn)。
· Monitor the China vehicle market trends and feedback to the NA team (market, technology, regulatory, etc…) to help set the strategic plan and drive growth.
向北美團(tuán)隊(duì)反饋中國(guó)車(chē)輛市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)信息(市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)、技術(shù)、法規(guī)等),幫助制定戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃并推動(dòng)增長(zhǎng)。
· Fulfill the sales new win target on target customers in local region, finance support and control of AR and customer payment.
· 完成當(dāng)?shù)刂饕蛻舻匿N(xiāo)售新勝目標(biāo), 為應(yīng)收賬款和客戶付款提供財(cái)務(wù)支持和控制。
· Align yearly sales target with monthly tracking of leads activities and action plan.
將年度銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)與每月的線索跟蹤活動(dòng)和行動(dòng)計(jì)劃保持一致。
· Work very closely with Advanced Engineering and Program Management to lead the commercial activities with local customers.

· As the China market leader, coordinate with AAG business development, sales, and global marketing team on promotion activities (symposium, industrial conference, etc).

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Requirements崗位要求
Knowledge and Skills知識(shí)和技能:
· Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
出色的溝通和談判技巧。
· >8 years Working experience in automotive industry related (transmission, EDU or metal forming parts preferred).
具有8年以上汽車(chē)行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(變速器,電驅(qū)動(dòng),或金屬成型部件優(yōu)先)。
· Possess experience building relationships with Chinese automotive OEM’s in China and have knowledge of transmission or metal forming components.
具有與中國(guó)汽車(chē)原始設(shè)備制造商建立關(guān)系的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并了解變速器或金屬成型部件。
· Understands transaction drivers (quality vs. price) and possesses the skill to communicate the value proposition of AAG advanced product effectively.

· Excellent time management skills with a strong personal drive, and a proven ability for self-learning and rapid knowledge acquisition, with the ability to work independently with general direction while engaging customers in deep technical discussions and solution-based selling.

· Able to travel internationally as well as within China – up to 50% of the time.
能夠在國(guó)際和中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)出差(最多 50% 的時(shí)間)。
· Ability to work cross culturally between China and North America.
具備在中國(guó)和北美之間跨文化工作的能力。
· Fluent in English, both verbal, written and comprehension.
流利的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)、書(shū)面和理解能力。
Education教育:
· Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or both, MBA preferred
機(jī)械工程/電氣工程或兩者兼修的學(xué)士學(xué)位,MBA優(yōu)先。
Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):
· 8 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
在汽車(chē)行業(yè)有 8 年的類似工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
