Job Responsibilities:
1.Launch management
-Responsible for the new product development,identify, evaluate and improve design/process/quality issue
-Responsible for the proto trail run,hold the launch preparation and summary meeting with related team
-Follow up and promote relevant teams to solve development problems
-Collect launch reports and summarize the development at each phase
-Define related to development process standardization
-Responsible for new proto from development to handover to mass production team
-Cross departmental communication and coordination, and promote problem solving
-Other matters assigned by leaders
2.Change management
-Responsible for VAVE yearly budget and monthly review on actual saving cost
-Responsible for holding internal change kickoff meeting with scope, target, lead time, etc.
-Responsible for internal EC/VAVE execution following on EC procedure
-Use digital tool on EC tracking
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
2.CET 4 or above, good oral English
3.MS Office
4.Basic CAD/CAM skill
5.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
6.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
7.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess the impact of changes on product design, production, and cost
8.High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
