This role is to plan and execute polishing experiments on 300 mm test wafers using a single platen polishing tool and spin rinse dryer, compare recipes/slurries via metrology, and refine tool operations to drive performance and reproducibility. Document setups and results, collaborate closely with chemists, technicians, and sales, and uphold equipment/operation safety.
