YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning Data Governance: Establish and implement a training data governance framework and standards covering data collection, storage, cleansing, access/permissions management, data quality monitoring, and compliance controls; develop and maintain SOPs for training operations and data management, and drive their implementation across internal teams and external partners.
Training Automation Data Dashboard Development: Collaborate closely with the IT department and CE solution team to manage data integrations between the SaaS platform and the company CDP (master data) or other learning tools, supporting the establishment of automated training data dashboards.
Digital Product Lifecycle Management: End-to-end management of digital learning products, including product planning, requirements management, releases, operations, iterative optimization, and retirement.
Business Needs Assessment: Engage with customer engagement teams, field excellence and insight teams, as well as agile central operations and report automation team. members, to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
WHO YOU ARE
Education: University degree
Pharma solution experience or learning solution experience is a plus.
Languages: Fluent spoken and written Chinese. Capable
of written English.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in system and tool development.
Strong understanding of commercial excellence practices and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Curious and open to changes and innovation.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, accountable, disciplined and resilient.
