Responsibilities
Lead function project team to achieve project results on time and success.
Optimize project management procedure for MCS projects and lead the whole process of projects managements.
Review project proposals or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allocation of available resources.
Communicate with project stakeholders, service, operations, sales, to outline project schedule and assign duties.
Throughout project life cycle, identifies and assesses all risk factors utilizing available risk measurement tools. Ensure risks monitored in all project phases.
Takes responsibility for communication with customers for project topics.
Supporting customer projects from opportunity evaluation to industrialization/production.
Work with internal CSC, production and quality team to do project feasibility analysis.
Make alignment with production team to arrange the sample testing
Analyze and summarize the testing result with the support from lab, follow up the customer qualification process and feedback, discuss with internal production
