Account Abilities
China E2E Planning transformation, Process change management, system implementation, rollout and enhancement. Detail project introduction as below.
(1) Supplier Collaboration – Material Planning JIT/Non JIT Call-off system (Vendor Portal) rollout and continuous enhancement, MRP Calloff process transformation management
(2) Daily Scheduling Tech Transformation (Brewery Synchronization Platform, BSP) – FG scheduling system implementation, rollout and continuous enhancement. Scheduling process transformation management
Education
Bachelor Degree and above, OM, Logistics, Economics/management major is preferred
Experience
3 years in planning related positions of Planning System development/ Implementation is must.
Technical competencies
3-5 years in planning related positions of Planning System development/ Implementation or Planning Business.
Experience of planning process transformation/PMO preferred.
Experience in Consumable Industry or Planning Business background preferred.
Technical competencies (Job related) 專業(yè)能力 (與工作相關(guān))
Strong logical thinking and data-driven mindset
Good communication in both Chinese and English.
Proficient skill in MS office is a must
Credits for proficient ERP system or BI system skill.
