崗位職責(zé)：

● 負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)件（包括活塞,活塞環(huán)，缸套，曲軸，連桿等）的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與技術(shù)方案制定；
● 主導(dǎo)或深度參與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、性能優(yōu)化及可靠性提升相關(guān)工作；
● 進(jìn)行零部件強(qiáng)度、疲勞、NVH 等相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)分析，并提出設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)方案；
● 支持試制、驗(yàn)證及量產(chǎn)過程中的技術(shù)問題分析與解決；
● 與系統(tǒng)、工藝、試驗(yàn)及供應(yīng)商團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，推動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)方案工程化落地；
● 參與技術(shù)評(píng)審，沉淀和輸出設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Job Responsibilities

● Responsible for the structural design and technical solution development of engine reciprocating components, including pistons, piston rings, cylinder liners, crankshafts, connecting rods, and related parts.
● Lead or deeply participate in new product development, performance optimization, and reliability improvement initiatives.
● Conduct design analyses related to component strength, fatigue, and NVH, and propose effective design improvement solutions.
● Provide technical support for prototype build, validation testing, and mass production, including root cause analysis and issue resolution.
● Collaborate closely with system engineering, manufacturing, testing, and supplier teams to ensure successful engineering implementation of design solutions.
● Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to the development and documentation of design guidelines, standards, and technical best practices.

任職要求

● 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械工程、車輛工程、動(dòng)力機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè)；
● 8 年及以上發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)零部件設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在曲軸 / 連桿 / 活塞等運(yùn)動(dòng)件方向具備扎實(shí)積累；
● 熟悉發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作原理，對運(yùn)動(dòng)件的強(qiáng)度、疲勞、摩擦、潤滑及可靠性有深入理解；
● 熟練使用三維設(shè)計(jì)及工程分析工具（如 CREO、Ansys 等）；
● 具備良好的問題分析和解決能力，能獨(dú)立推進(jìn)復(fù)雜技術(shù)課題；
● 具有良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)。
Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Power Machinery, or related disciplines.
● Minimum of 8 years of experience in engine component design, with solid expertise in reciprocating components such as crankshafts, connecting rods, and pistons.
● Deep understanding of engine operating principles, with strong knowledge of strength, fatigue, friction, lubrication, and reliability of reciprocating components.
● Proficient in 3D CAD and engineering analysis tools, such as CREO, ANSYS, or equivalent software.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive complex technical projects.
● Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
