Position Summary:
全面負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)客戶供應(yīng)團(tuán)隊,管理從訂單到回款的端到端流程。核心職責(zé)涵蓋團(tuán)隊管理、運營優(yōu)化、供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)與銷售支持。通過推動數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的流程改進(jìn)和促進(jìn)跨部門協(xié)作,該職位致力于提升客戶滿意度、改善準(zhǔn)時交付率并提高整體運營效率,從而直接助力實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)增長目標(biāo)。
This position is responsible for leading the Customer Supply team and managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process. The role encompasses team leadership, operational optimization, supply chain coordination, and sales operations. By driving data-driven process improvements and fostering cross-functional collaboration, this position enhances customer satisfaction, improves on-time delivery performance, and increases overall operational efficiency, thereby directly contributing to the achievement of business growth objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、發(fā)展并激勵客戶服務(wù)團(tuán)隊,確保端到端流程的專業(yè)執(zhí)行,包括客戶咨詢、合同管理、訂單處理和收款。工作內(nèi)容包括任務(wù)分配、解決復(fù)雜問題,并確保及時有效的客戶響應(yīng)。
Lead, develop, and motivate the customer service team to ensure professional execution of end-to-end processes, including customer inquiries, contract management, order processing, and payment collection. This includes allocating tasks, resolving complex operational issues, and ensuring timely and effective customer response.
2. 作為與公司內(nèi)部工廠的主要對接人,管理詢價、交付確認(rèn)、生產(chǎn)跟蹤與發(fā)貨協(xié)調(diào),確保供應(yīng)鏈響應(yīng)迅速且可靠。
Serve as the primary liaison with inter-company factories to manage RFQ, delivery confirmation, production tracking, and shipment coordination, ensuring a responsive and reliable supply chain.
3. 設(shè)計、實施并持續(xù)優(yōu)化部門工作流程、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序及關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo),以提升團(tuán)隊效率、服務(wù)質(zhì)量和客戶滿意度。同時,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)旨在完善合同訂單流程及相關(guān)支持工具的項目。
Design, implement, and continuously refine department workflows, SOPs, and KPIs to drive improvements in team efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, lead projects aimed at enhancing contract order processes and supporting tools.
4. 管理從銷售線索分配到訂單交付的完整訂單生命周期,包括分析銷售預(yù)測、監(jiān)控庫存水平以確保供需匹配、審核銷售合同以識別并降低商業(yè)、法律與財務(wù)風(fēng)險,并支持談判以維護(hù)公司利益。
Manage the full order lifecycle from lead assignment to fulfillment. Responsibilities include analyzing sales forecasts, monitoring inventory levels to align supply with demand, reviewing sales contracts to identify and mitigate commercial, legal, and financial risks, and supporting negotiations to protect company interests.
5. 處理升級的客戶投訴與復(fù)雜運營問題,協(xié)同銷售、財務(wù)、物流等內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊提供有效解決方案,并鞏固戰(zhàn)略客戶關(guān)系。
Handle escalated customer complaints and complex operational issues by collaborating with internal teams such as sales, finance, and logistics to deliver effective solutions and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
6. 與銷售、財務(wù)、運營及法務(wù)部門緊密合作,簡化跨部門工作流程,確保信息一致性,解決運營瓶頸,并支持整體業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。
Partner closely with sales, finance, operations, and legal departments to streamline cross-functional workflows, ensure information consistency, resolve operational bottlenecks, and support overall business objectives.
7. 定期準(zhǔn)備并向高級管理層匯報團(tuán)隊績效、業(yè)務(wù)運營、客戶洞察、銷售預(yù)測準(zhǔn)確性和庫存狀況。
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on team performance, business operations, customer insights, sales forecast accuracy, and inventory status.

3. 具備優(yōu)秀的溝通、談判和跨部門協(xié)作能力,堅持以客戶為中心。
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
4. 以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向,善于激勵團(tuán)隊,并通過有效的人員管理推動目標(biāo)達(dá)成。
Result-driven leader with the ability to motivate teams and drive outcomes through effective people management.
5. 對機(jī)械產(chǎn)品、生產(chǎn)工藝及端到端供應(yīng)鏈管理有扎實的理解。
Solid understanding of mechanical products, manufacturing processes, and end-to-end supply chain management.
6. 熟練的英語讀寫及口語能力者優(yōu)先。
Proficient in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
7. 展現(xiàn)出優(yōu)秀的信息收集、整合與洞察生成能力。
Demonstrated ability in information gathering, synthesis, and insight generation.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 供應(yīng)鏈管理或工程類相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
Supply chain management or engineering-related major, bachelor's degree or above.
2. 擁有超過10年外企或上市企業(yè)客戶服務(wù)或供應(yīng)鏈從業(yè)背景,其中包括至少5年團(tuán)隊管理經(jīng)驗;
Over 10 years of experience in customer service or supply chain within multinational or listed companies, including at least 5 years of team management experience.
3. 熟練運用CRM、ERP(尤其是SAP)系統(tǒng)以支持日常業(yè)務(wù)流程。
Proficient in utilizing CRM and ERP systems to support daily business operations.
4. 有工業(yè)客戶供應(yīng)鏈管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
Prior experience in supply chain management with industry clients is preferred.
5. 持有PMP認(rèn)證并具備至少2年項目管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
PMP certification and minimum 2 years of project management experience preferred.
