一、單位介紹 About us

南京大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院是我國最早設(shè)立的化學(xué)院系之一，始建于1920年。1993年，學(xué)校成立化學(xué)化工學(xué)院，同步建設(shè)化學(xué)系和化學(xué)工程系。2002年，學(xué)校獲得化學(xué)工程專業(yè)學(xué)位點(diǎn)，2022年獲批建設(shè)“化學(xué)工程與技術(shù)”一級學(xué)科博士點(diǎn)。2017年、2021年，南京大學(xué)化學(xué)工程與技術(shù)學(xué)科兩次入選教育部“世界一流學(xué)科”建設(shè)名單。2025年，學(xué)校在浦口校區(qū)正式成立化工學(xué)院，大力推進(jìn)和加強(qiáng)“化學(xué)工程與技術(shù)”學(xué)科建設(shè)。

Established in 1920, the School of Chemistry and ChemicalEngineering at Nanjing University(NJU) is one of theoldest and strongest in China. In 1993,NJU foundedthe School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,simultaneously establishing the Department of Chemistryand the Department of Chemical Engineering. In 2002, theprofessional degree program in chemical engineering wassuccessfully obtained. In 2022, the doctoral program for thediscipline of "Chemical Engineering and Technology" was

officially approved.In both 2017 and 2021,the "ChemicalEngineering and Technology"discipline of NJU was includedin the Ministry of Education's "World-Class Disciplines"construction list.In 2025,NJU established the School ofChemical Engineering at its Pukou Campus,marking asignificant step to vigorously advance and strengthen thedevelopment of the "Chemical Engineering and Technology"discipline.

“化學(xué)工程與技術(shù)”博士點(diǎn)現(xiàn)有博士生導(dǎo)師30余人，在精細(xì)分離技術(shù)、微界面反應(yīng)強(qiáng)化技術(shù)、綠色催化合成技術(shù)、功能性環(huán)境友好材料等方面有良好基礎(chǔ)。已承擔(dān)近400余項(xiàng)國家級、省部級以及中國石油、中國石化、延長石油等特大型企業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)及應(yīng)用研究項(xiàng)目。曾獲國家科技進(jìn)步獎1項(xiàng)、中國發(fā)明創(chuàng)業(yè)特等獎1項(xiàng)，省部級科技獎一等獎6項(xiàng)、二等獎4項(xiàng)。

The "Chemical Engineering and Technology" doctoral

The School of Chemical Engineering willfocus ondeveloping six key directions:chemical engineering,chemical technology,industrial catalysis,mateials chemicalengineering,biochemical engineering,and smart chemicalengineering.Aligned with national strategic needs and theindustrial characteristics of Nanjing Jiangbei New Area,the school will implement a deep collaborative educationmodel of "university-region-enterprise cooperation."It willactively recruit and cultivate a high-level facultyteam with international competitiveness,nurture top-tierchemical engineering talents with foundational knowledge,innovative expertise,and a focus on practical application.By pursuing original scientific breakthroughs andaddressing cutting-edge key technologies,the schoolaims to accelerate the establishment of a highland fortechnological innovation and talent cultivation withsignificant influence both domestically and internationallyin the field of chemical engineering.This will provide talent,intellectual,and technical support for the construction of amodernized and powerful nation.

02、院長崗位職責(zé) Responsibilities of the Dean Position

1）全面領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)院的行政管理工作，制定學(xué)院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，明確發(fā)展目標(biāo)與方向，推動教學(xué)科研與學(xué)科建設(shè)水平的全面提升，增強(qiáng)學(xué)院在國內(nèi)外的學(xué)術(shù)影響力與核心競爭力。

1）Take overall responsibility for the school'sadministrative management; formulate stra-tegic development plans; define goals anddirections for growth; promote comprehensiveadvancement in teaching, research and disci-pline development; and enhance the school'sacademic influence and core competitivenessboth domestically and internationally.

2）全面負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)院教學(xué)、科研、學(xué)科建設(shè)等方面的工作，推進(jìn)一流學(xué)院、一流學(xué)科建設(shè)和國際化進(jìn)程。

2）Take full responsibility for the school's teach-ing, research and disciplinary development;advance the building of a world-class schooland world-class disciplines; and promote theschool's internationalization.

3）制定并實(shí)施學(xué)院人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)規(guī)劃，引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng)一批高水平的學(xué)科帶頭人、教學(xué)科研骨干和優(yōu)秀青年教師，打造一支結(jié)構(gòu)合理、素質(zhì)優(yōu)良的教師隊(duì)伍。

3）Formulate and implement plans for faculty de-velopment; recruit and cultivate high-level ac-ademic leaders, core teaching and researchstaff, and excellent young teachers; and builda well-structured, high-quality faculty team.

4）Possess extensive management experi-ence and outstanding organizational andcoordination skills,with global vision andcore expertise in discipline planning andteam building;demonstrate insight intoemerging technologies and industrialtrends in relevant fields.Preference willbe given to candidates who have held lead-ership positions such as dean,departmentchair,or institute director at renowned uni-versities or research institutions in Chinaor abroad.

5）身心健康，精力充沛，聘期內(nèi)全職在崗，能夠全心全意投入學(xué)院工作。

5）Be in good physical and mental health;have ample energy;and be able to work full-time during the appointment period withfull commitment to the duties of the school.
