The role.? Responsible for CRM quality enforcement? Responsible for business
related report? Responsible for both internal and external communication, such
as content support to IN CN, article publish, success and reference
documentation and so on? Responsible for organizing account summit? Responsible
for responsible Region administration? Support region management define and
implement partner development strategy and fulfill target achievement as far as
partner business is concerned.? Promote IN CN partner program policy, handling
process and tools in regions both internal and external.? Collect feedback from
partners and RN PS for the central policy review and optimization, e.g.
business strategy, focus industry or market segment, competences, business
performance and request? Support partner sales systematic and competencies
development by- Partner sales systematic standardization and best practices
sharing- Partners cooperation across regions- Partner’s own business development
? Support PTM events or on demand, e.g. Partner annual partner conference,
CIIF, internal Best Practice sharing, etc.? Facilitate the partner recruiting,
renewing, transferring and terminate process implementation.? Other internal
communication and marketing topics? Other tasks assigned by RGM
Your profile.? Understanding on Go to Market mechanism, experience on account
business management and Partner management.? Experience on data analysis?
Experience on business articles writing.? Experience on customer event or
summit organize.? Experience in multinational companies? Knowledge and detail
experience required:Good in both English and Chinese writing? Microsoft Excel
