Reporting to the NPI Program Manager, the Technical Program Manager’s role involves… What a typical day looks like: As technical contact window with customer/design, collecting design/customer requirements, lead cross function development on new technology / process coordinating efforts for technical reviews with design team/customer from project inception to SOP and then hand over to engineering team with knowledge exchange. Work with site engineering team, regional engineering team, customer and vendors to drive for product industrialization solutions, DFx, process and line layout development for better product quality and line efficiency. Take ownership of NPI production engineering to ensure production line is ready in terms of process, equipment, tool and fixture. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Experience of PCBA (SMT, Coating…), ME assembly (Screw, Gap filler, Press fit...) and have experience of automotive product manufacturing. Six-sigma skill, Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred. Good communication skill with customer and cross function team. Bachelor degree. Ability to work under pressure.
