To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior customer Quality Engineer located in Zhuhai.
What a typical day looks like:
? Create project quality documents in NPI and maintain in MP, transfer customer requirement into internal documents
? Follow up QA readiness status of product APQP and drive team to achieve quality target accordingly
? Response for risk assessment of Engineering change
? Follow up control run
? Take lead PQ (Performance qualification) and related documents/reports
? Response for customer’s regular operation yield and quality performance daily/weekly/monthly report
? Response for OQA/SI DPPM and drive improvement
? Follow up customer complaint and close with 8D.
? Response traceability and exposure from customer’s complaints
? Responsible for internal/customer audit, follow the audit finding close
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
? Bachelor's degree or above will be prefer
? Strong Industrial Technical Specification knowledge is preferred
? IS013485 or TS16949 concept
? Solid communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
? Familiar with quality tools and 5 core tools, especially PPAP and SPC;
? Minimum 3 years' experience on consumer quality or engineering position
? Proficient and knowledgeable in PCBA or BOX Build knowledge
? Excellent problem solving skills and strong leadership skills
? SQE experience will be a plus
