Specific Role Description
The Vehicle Calibration Engineer is responsible to trim the vehicle performance to fulfil to customer targets and legal requirements.
Specific Role Tasks
·？Commissioning of vehicle by integrating SW/HW/Sensors and other system elements in the vehicle or vehicle simulation environment
·？Perform calibration/trimming of various features and functions
·？Request SW/Feature Changes if required
·？Run system development tests to prove requirements fulfillment
·？Liaise with customers vehicle application team
·？Advise customers in trimming
·？Documentation of Test Results and Trim Manual
·？Support in FMEA, FTA and FuSi relevant work packages
·？Support issue investigation in fields and support OEM plant launch activity
Required Skills and Knowledge
·？Engineering background in applied sciences (mechanical, electrical/electronics, informatics, controls)
·？Understanding of Slip Control System (ESC or ESP or Integrated Braking Control) or other electromechanical systems at vehicle level (vehicle braking
