Job Roles and Responsibilities:
？ Supporting international transportation management to track and trace shipment status, *** level exceptional case handling
？ Finish and follow up I-star process for premium freight shipments
？ Raise spot quotation and PR for non-contracted goods
？ Pre-claim and claim to LSP and insurance company for damage goods
？ Finish scrap application for damaged goods
？ LSP KPI verification and LSP monthly KPI review
Qualifications:
？ Diligent and tackle tasks under pressure. Accountable, detail driving and customer oriented
？ Basic data analysis and CIP skill
？ Fluent English
