Position Statement:
SMT (PCBA) System/FATP
1. Automated equipment and fixture development (PLC, robot arm, programming...etc), feasibility analysis and evaluation (layout, capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc)
2. Automation line set up and bring up on time in order to fulfill milestone schedule.
3. Ensure all automation related equipments operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE
4. Assist new automated equipment to be introduced into production.
5. Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
6. Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance
7. Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals
8. Prepare and manage automation equipment maintenance and repair budgets
9. Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency
10. Safety and compliance, ensure that automation equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents.
11. Train cadres, complete talent cultivation, and accelerate production line management
12. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requiremengts:
1.本科以上學(xué)歷，Toeic:500分以上，5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，機(jī)械/電子/自動化相關(guān)理工科系
2.Experience with automation management.
3.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4.Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills.
5.Familiar with SMT (PCBA) and system (FATP) processes.
6.Preferred: Experience with automation management.
7.Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
8.Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
