Job Description
New product development stage:
1. Responsible for the early quality planning of new product APQP (such as: drawing review, functional experiment evaluation, measurement feasibility evaluation, PFC,PFMEA review, etc.)
2. Input of experience and lessons of related products or equivalent platforms in the new product development stage
3. Responsible for new product MSA\CPK\PPK planning and resource allocation, and responsible for the final output
4. Responsible for the preparation of new product sample/trial production/production control plan
5. Responsible for the preparation of inspection instructions for new products and the documentation of inspection standards (provide appearance samples)
6. Responsible for the overall planning of full-size measuring fixtures for new products and the unification of measuring methods (internal and external), and the output of the final MSOP
7. Responsible for training and assessment of inspection requirements related to new products
8. Responsible for the formulation of quality objectives of newly developed products, statistical analysis and reporting of quality indicators in the trial production process, convening the review and processing of trial production results, and responsible for the implementation and verification of corrective and preventive measures (such as: special requirements of customers, PPK,CPK,ppm, process yield, etc.)
9. Responsible for participating in each trial production, familiar with the process and related control requirements of each process, identifying problems from the perspective of quality and proposing feasible improvement measures, or requiring relevant units to improve and verify the effect in the next stage.
10. Responsible for customer complaint analysis, 8D report reply and experience summary at all stages of the new project
11. Responsible for cooperating with customer process audit (PPAP,Run@Rate) and product audit in new product stage
12. Responsible for the collection, confirmation and submission of PPAP documents
13. Components develop with supplier and sub-PPAP review ;
Mass production stage:
1. Receive and review quality complaints from clients and responding quickly to clients on behalf of the company.
2. Establishing good customer relationship.
3. Coordinating the internal team to analyze the causes of defects, formulate corresponding improvement measures, and track and confirm the effectiveness of improvement measures.
4. Sort out and reply to analysis reports as required by customers
5. Apply in the CAR system in accordance with internal NCMR process for goods return or replacement, defective products disposal, third-party selection, etc., and follow up until closure.
6. Summarized and analyzed customer complaint statistics, completed Lessons learned and shared them with related internal teams
7. Participate in MRB review of internal process
8. Set product appearance standards and sign samples;
Qualification
1.bachelor degree or above, engineering background.
2.Have good communication skills, teamwork skills, effective expression and problem-solving skills.
2. Familiar with IATF16949 and 5 tools (APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC) related requirements and skilled use
3. Able to set work goals independently, effectively implement time plan and fast-paced work mode
4. English reading and writing ,drawing interpretation;
5.Can adapt to short-term temporary business trips;
6. Familiar with film cutting, coating, stamping, welding and other processes is preferring.
7. More than 5 years of relevant working experience.
