· 為硬件、軟件、網(wǎng)絡和安全相關問題提供一級現(xiàn)場支持，確保及時、高效地解決用戶問題。
Provide Tier-1 onsite support for hardware, software, network, and security-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
· 維護和優(yōu)化 IT 基礎設施，包括服務器、網(wǎng)絡設備、無線系統(tǒng)及信息安全配置。
Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure including servers, networking equipment, wireless systems, and security configurations.
· 負責會議室視聽設備、視頻會議系統(tǒng)和相關技術支持，確保會議順暢運行。
Manage AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and related technology to ensure smooth meeting operations.
· 安裝、配置、鏡像、升級及維修終端設備。
Install, configure, image, upgrade, and repair end-user devices.
· 管理并更新 IT 資產(chǎn)清單，確保資產(chǎn)記錄準確、合規(guī)。
Maintain and update IT asset inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance.
