Key Outcomes:
1. Servicing with high quality services in line with company policy and operation standards
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction that should exceed customers’ expectation.

Position Accountabilities:
1. Follow the handling procedures as laid down for the customer.
2. Provide timely response to customer’s queries or requests on daily operations.
3. Update customer with shipment status from time to time proactively
4. Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customer’s require and solve daily operational issues.
5. Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the superior.
6. Proper documentation filling
7. Understand and know well the operation cost, give right quotation to customer for any additional operation requirement. Record and give accounting dept for billing.
8. Make sure the accurate system transaction and document creation.
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
1. Diploma or equivalent
2. 1 years of experience in a related capacity
3. Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
4. Good command of written English and spoken Chinese, Mandarin an asset.
5. Willing to work extended hours when required
6. Willing to work on shifts.

2. 對客戶關(guān)于日常運(yùn)營的咨詢或請求提供及時(shí)響應(yīng)
3. 主動及時(shí)向客戶更新貨物狀態(tài)
4. 與項(xiàng)目內(nèi)運(yùn)營及其他團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,滿足客戶需求并解決日常運(yùn)營問題
5. 完成上級指派的任何特殊任務(wù)或項(xiàng)目
6. 規(guī)范完成文件歸檔工作
7. 深入了解運(yùn)營成本,針對額外運(yùn)營需求向客戶提供準(zhǔn)確報(bào)價(jià)。記錄并提交至財(cái)務(wù)部門進(jìn)行賬單處理
8. 確保系統(tǒng)操作與單據(jù)創(chuàng)建的準(zhǔn)確性
相關(guān)教育背景、硬技能、知識與經(jīng)驗(yàn):
1. ??莆膽{或同等學(xué)歷
2. 1年相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. 能夠在客戶驅(qū)動的時(shí)效性環(huán)境中高效工作
4. 具備良好英語書面能力
5. 愿意在需要時(shí)延長工作時(shí)間
6. 接受輪班工作安排
